Steel Industry Experience is MUST. Qualifications, Experience and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering or Business Studies; additional certifications on Risk Management and Business Continuity Management desirable § Around 15 years rich managerial experience with at least 5 to 8 years hands on experience at corporate level in independently managing Risk & Business continuity function Role Purpose: To facilitate effective operation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across QS, involving interaction with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Support for effective maintenance of all aspects of the risk function, including the processes to identify, assess, measure, manage, monitor and report risks. Responsible to manage the Business Continuity Management as an ongoing process that identifies potential impacts that threatens QS and provide resilience, on ensuring an effective response, recovery from disruptive incidents and safeguard QS reputation. Key Responsibilities 1. Sustain and enhance overall risk management process for organization as per Risk management framework. 2. Exercise and Improve BCM program, and explore opportunities to strengthen the resiliency 3. Develop, and maintain Risk Management tools, to ensure the organization’s risk management policies are effectively managed 4. Provide aggregated and detailed report on Risks in line with the Risk appetite and limit as per risk management policy 5. In the Capacity of Secretary for Risk Management Committee and Business continuity management Steering committee, to provide key inputs to QS Management that oversees the enterprise risk management and BCM process and ensure alignment with organizational objectives 6. Advise senior Executive Leadership and Board on risks and provide strategic decision making advice to ensure they are aware of risks relevant to the organization 7. Provide advice, guidance on Risk issues and Risk management strategies for advise relating to new initiatives and major strategic decisions 8. Ensure effective co-ordination and communicate with divisions and departments to establish, maintain and continuously improve Risk management capabilities 9. Organize and Conduct Risk management training and awareness programs across employees on creating Risk Awareness culture in the organization and to support on their professional development 10. Act as Center of excellence for good practice of Risk management and Business continuity management Qualifications, Experience and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering or Business Studies; additional certifications on Risk Management and Business Continuity Management desirable § Around 15 years rich managerial experience with at least 5 to 8 years hands on experience at corporate level in independently managing Risk & Business continuity function. § Steel Industry Experience is MUST. § Leadership, Communication and Presentation Skills § Proficient in most MS office applications and exposure to latest IT operating systems Strong work ethic with good interpersonal skills as well as the ability to learn and apply new concepts including technical, business expertise on Steel manufacturing industry.
